Refund Policy

We value your trust in our programs.

1. Course/Program Fees

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for specific events.

2. Cancellation by Participant

• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

• If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.

4. Processing

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our programs are often resource-intensive and limited in seats.

1. Cancellation by Participant

• Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the start of the course/program.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program starts.

2. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on seat availability in future batches.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

• JKP Care Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. Participants will be notified promptly and offered alternate options.
